I attended the 9:00 a.m. seminar and the noon activity.  In between and 
after these events, I began my DNA prep, reaching the precipitation stage.  
I also checked my specimens under the widefield fluorescent microscope and 
took the good samples down to the confocal microscope for imaging with 
Fluoview and collecting line scans of calcium concentration.
