Today I gave my presentation and attended Dr. Starnes' informative workshop 
on what to do/not to do when presenting research.  I then completed several 
steps in purifying my plasmid DNA (up to the precipitation stage, at which 
point I placed the solution in the freezer).  I will finish the process on 
Monday.
