Today I used the confocal laser scanning microscope to image the two 
tadpoles that passed the preliminary screening yesterday with the wide-field 
fluorescent microscope.  I saved several 3-D images, which was pretty 
interesting.  I pretty much spent the entire day familiarizing myself with 
the confocal microscope and recording images.  Then I worked with Image J 
some.  To top the day off, I spent some more time working on my PowerPoint 
for my presentation tomorrow.
