Today I started another GCAMP/Kanamycin culture because the one I began last 
Thursday is growing too slowly.  I also did some more 
injections/electroporations/transfections.  The tadpoles in one of my 
containers grew tremendously over the weekend.  I was rather surprised to 
see that I had some "monster" tadpoles that appeared as though they abused 
steroids when I returned.  Hopefully they will prove to be hardy (and easier 
to work with since they are so much larger).  I also got started on a new 
PowerPoint presentation, looking up info on confocal microscopy.
