Today I partially dissected and imaged each of the 5 tadpoles under the 
confocal microscope and got one good image showing the change in 
fluorescence when adding glutamate.  I took photos for my presentation and 
final PowerPoint (and the poster).  I also made more solutions for the 
perfusion system.  Then I did some more injections/electroporations before 
attending the meeting with Dr. Whaley.  Went back to the lab and did some 
more imaging.
