Today I worked on my PowerPoint and also checked my transfections.  I had a 
much greater survival ratio than I suspected yesterday, but the 
transfections were not that great.  I placed 5 tadpoles in the incubator at 
28 degrees to see if the fluorescence increases by tomorrow.  I also did a 
bit more work on my introduction.
