<p class="MsoNormal">The National Science Foundation, Department of Energy, and Air Force Office of Scientific Research are sponsoring the Quantum Science Summer School (QS3) program which will run from June 3-14, 2019 at Penn State University. The 2019 school
is focused on “Fundamentals and Applications of Quantum Devices” and is targeted towards graduate students and postdocs in condensed matter, materials, chemistry, engineering, and related fields for the next “quantum revolution.” The aim is to provide students
an interactive learning experience with both theoretical and experimental leaders in the field and a connection to a new technology.

<p class="MsoNormal">We’d like to ask if you would please post (or forward) the attached flyer where your physics, science and engineering students will see it, or pass it on to an appropriate department for posting. Awards include round-trip travel and attendance
expenses. We would be grateful if you would bring it to the attention of your graduate students and postdocs. Students are selected for this highly competitive program based on an application and a recommendation letter. More information about the program
