Hey y'all,

This email is going to serve as an introduction to all of the new officers
of our SPS chapter for all of those who were not at the meeting when it was
decided.

*President: Makayla Teer*
Hey y'all! My name is Makayla Teer and I will be serving as your president
for the upcoming term. For a little background on me, I will be a Senior in
the Fall with BioPhysics as my major and Chemistry as my minor. I can't
wait to see what this upcoming year brings!

*Vice-President: Ryan Rodrigez*
I am Ryan. I love Physics and Mathematics and I am passionate about
creating an inclusive, motivating, and safe space for Physics students to
learn, study, and relax together. I plan on achieving this goal by planning
and facilitating social events that include discussions on being a physics
student as well as fun and games!

*Secretary: Darwin Little*
Hello, my name is Darwin Little. I am a mathematics/physics double major
with a love for games of all kinds. I look forward to working with y'all as
your secretary for the upcoming year. Let's work together to make this an
exciting and fun year for SPS.

*Treasurer: Sherman Losey*
My name is Sherman Losey and I will be serving as your treasurer for this
term. My major is in astrophysics with a minor in astronomy and
mathematics. I am so excited to serve you all and work hard in creating a
strong and fun community with my fellow officers.

*Historian: Erica* *Salinas *
My name is Erica Salinas and I am excited to be the Historian for SPS this
upcoming academic year. I am currently a Biochemistry major here at
Commerce and am hoping to also get a minor in Physics. I love baking to
brighten the mood, so you’ll definitely see some treats of mine at the bake
sale this week! I hope to eventually meet everyone soon!

If y'all have any questions please feel free to reach out!

I hope you have a great day,

Makayla Teer
SPS President
