[phas-grad] [phas-dept] SPS Officer Elections / Chapter Meeting

Hello all,

Thanks for your participation and interest in voting for SPS officers.
However, due to the online nature of the voting process, there have been
some discrepancies that have been reported by some of you to us which is
verified by website tracking. Hence, we will be switching to a paper ballot.

In order to maintain the fairness of the voting process, the action is
suspended and we will resume a revoting process on the following times and
days in the Physics Lounge:


   - Monday (11/18): 9-9:50am, 11-4pm
   - Tuesday (11/19): 8:30-9:30am, 11-12:30pm, 3:15-4pm

Please see Cristo or Shandi to register your vote. If you are unable to
make any of these times, please email myself or Shandi at
sgroezinger at leomail.tamuc.edu with your inquiry and we will provide a
ballot. Thank you.

In addition, we will be having an SPS Chapter Meeting this coming Thursday
(11/21) at 5pm in the Physics Lounge! Come out and meet the newly elected
SPS Officers for the upcoming year! This will be a great chance to meet
them and fellow SPS members over pizza and games. Please see the flyer
