*Calling all current SPS members and Physics undergrads!*

Beginning this week will be the start of our SPS Officer Elections! With
this, we are seeking students that are interested in running for a
position(s) with the intent of bettering SPS in the future with new and
creative ideas to further its purpose as an organization. While we have
already received interest from a number of students, we are still taking
names *until the end of the day Tuesday (11/12)* before sending out the
official voting poll Wednesday. The voting poll will be open to everyone in
the Physics Department. Until then, this opportunity will be open for any
current SPS members or undergrads who would like to become more involved
with SPS.

Attached in this email will be a document explaining the roles of each
officer position. Thus, if you are interested in a specific position,
please be sure to include that in your interest inquiry.

Lastly, if you are interested in running for a position or have any further
questions regarding elections, please feel free to email myself or Shandi
at sgroezinger at leomail.tamuc.edu

Thank you,

Cristo Sanchez
