Administrative Associates — please forward this message to all faculty within your departments.

This is a friendly reminder that the final grading worksheets for the following Spring terms are now available and must be submitted by Monday, May 11, 2026, at 5:00 PM:

  *   Spring – Main Term (16 Weeks)
  *   Spring – Sub-Term CS (16 Weeks)
  *   Spring – Sub-Term J (8 Weeks)
  *   Spring – Sub-Term L (14 Weeks)
  *   Fall -Sub-Term H (36 weeks)

Important Notes:

  *   IP grades may appear on your rosters. Please ensure all IP grades are updated to reflect students’ earned letter grades.
  *   Grades not submitted by the deadline will require a Petition for Grade Change form for each individual student in order for grades to be posted. These forms must be approved by the Instructor, Department Head, and Dean.
  *   Final class rosters with multiple Petition for Grade Change forms attached will not be accepted. A separate completed form is required for each student.
