Hi Kurtis,

I wanted to share with you the successes of some of our graduates I spoke to at the AAPT national meeting.

  *   James Hirons is doing PER now and presented a talk and poster on physics teacher professional development. His advisor Tatyana was bragging about his work and telling me that he is the best TA (former LA's make great TA's).
  *   Philomena Agu, graduate of the MPTE program, told me that our program changed her life, and she adjuncts now at Houston Christian University and Houston Community College. She had many great things to say about Will in particular.
  *   Jakeb Rising, another MPTE graduate, won the Robert L. Lipton Award which supports exceptional early career teachers.
