Good day,
my name is Antonino (Nino) Cucchiara and I am a program scientist in the NASA Astrophysics Division.

As usual during this time of year, NASA Astrophysics will begin reviewing the hundreds of proposals received through the various ROSES solicitations. We aim to involve early-career scientists (graduate students) in the review process, especially those from less-resourced institutions (non-R1), HBCUs, and other Minority Serving Institutions.

We are looking for names of graduate or master’s students, preferably in astro-related fields, to serve as Executive Secretaries for the upcoming panels. Many of you have provided names in the past, and we appreciate it. If you have new students who might be suitable and interested, please send me their names, email addresses, and, if possible, their areas of interest (optional).

Executive Secretaries will be compensated for their time during the 2-5 days of the panel's work. However, they are not required to read, discuss, or comment on any proposals.
