Administrative Associates — please forward this message to all faculty within your departments.
This is a friendly reminder that the final grading worksheets for the following Fall terms are now available and are due by Monday, December 15, 2025 at 5:00 PM:

  *   Fall – Main Term (16 Weeks)
  *   Fall – Sub-Term G (8 Weeks)
  *   Fall – OC9 (7 Weeks)
Important Notes:

  *   IP grades may appear on your rosters. Please ensure all IP grades are updated to reflect students' earned letter grades.
  *   Grades not submitted by the deadline will require a Petition for Grade Change form for each individual student in order to have the grades posted. These forms must be approved by the Instructor, Department Head, and Dean.
  *   Please note: Final class rosters with multiple Petition for Grade Change forms attached will not be accepted. A completed form is required for each student.
