Good morning everyone,

The office of Student Transition and Support has modified their reporting procedures so that you can submit names of students in your classes who you feel are at-risk at any time during the semester, not just during the typical early intervention period.

If you have a student who stops attending classes, stops completing homework, won't communicate with you, etc., please fill out a form for them at any point.

Attached to this email are instructions on how to file a report.
