Please see the attached flyer regarding a "Conversations With Compliance" Zoom meeting on November 8 at 10am.

This meeting will be focused on SB 17 (the law restricting DEI activities) and new guidance from the system.  I'd encourage everyone who is impacted by DEI restrictions, especially including faculty who propose to the NSF, to attend if possible.

Will I be taking attendance? No.  Will it be boring?  Almost certainly.  Do you need to keep your camera on during the meeting? No.  Are you responsible for knowing the guidance so you do not break state law?  Yes.
