Greetings!

Administrative Associates, please forward this email to the faculty in your departments.

This is a friendly reminder that Summer I, Summer II and August Mini final grading worksheets are available and will be due August 26, 2024 by 5 p.m, for the following terms...

Summer I Term L 6/3-8/23/24 (12 weeks)
Summer II OC5 7/8-8/23/2024 (7 weeks)
August Mini 8/9-8/23/24 (3 weeks)
**IP grades may appear on your rosters. Please update IP grades to the students' earned letter grades.

Any grades not submitted on time will require the submission of a Petition for Grade Change form<https://dms.tamuc.edu/Forms/GradeChangePetition> for each student, in order to post the grades. Approval from Instructor, Department Head, and Dean are required. Class rosters (with final grades) that are attached to multiple Petition for Grade Change forms will NOT be accepted; a completed form is required for EACH STUDENT.

Attached are Instructions for entering final grades, Traditional Method or 2nd Method for D2L Gradebook users.


Also, when completing the grading process, please be aware of FERPA regulations and guidelines, which can be found at the following address:  http://www.tamuc.edu/admissions/registrar/documents/Ferpafacultystaff.pdf Grading information is considered non-directory and cannot be shared openly amongst a class or department. We appreciate your attention in this matter.
