[phas-faculty_staff_others] ProCard orders can again be made!

Good news everyone!

I have finally received a procard, so I can now process procard orders for y'all and make departmental purchases.

I beg your forgiveness in advance for likely being slower than Melisa was and for probably asking you some dumb questions before I place orders.  I'm overly cautious in financial matters.

Also, if you will be requesting departmental funds to pay for purchases or travel, please do request permission before doing so.  I'll almost certainly grant it, but I need to keep records, and Concur and Canopy reports require a lot of effort to decipher if I don't have a record of orders, amounts, and accounts.  Purchases made using lab funds or research grants are not included in this request of mine.

The good news is that I will be making an offer to one of our administrative assistant applicants by the close of business on Monday if not sooner, so our admin-less office period is coming to an end.
