[phas-faculty_staff_others] phas - new email lists

Hi all,

I thought all of the new email lists were set up correctly, but it has shown problems sometimes.
I had worked with an IT staff on campus. I hope it is complete now.

Today all of the faculty and staff are added into the allowed sender lists.
You will be able to send emails to the subscribers of the lists.

"phas-dept at tamuc.edu" includes all below,

"phas-faculty_staff_others at tamuc.edu"
"phas-grad at tamuc.edu"
"phas-undergrad at tamuc.edu"
"phas-alumni at tamuc.edu"


 Please let me know if any problems happen.
