students<span class="Apple-converted-space"> </span><b class=""><i class="">presenting</i><span class="Apple-converted-space"> </span>their research at a conference</b>. Proposed funds can only be used for travel to an academic conference at which a student
is presenting their work. Verification of the applicant’s role (for example, a formal acceptance letter or email; the relevant page of conference program) must be documented. If the applicant has not received confirmation, an explanation must be provided.
All awards, even if approved by the committee, will not be granted or paid until a confirmation document is received. Funds must be used<span class="Apple-converted-space"> </span><b class="">by December 1, 2017</b><span class="Apple-converted-space"> </span>and<b class=""><span class="Apple-converted-space"> </span>processed
by January 31, 2018.</b><o:p class=""></o:p></span></div>
