<div class="">We’re planning to have a Holiday Party for the department on Dec 8 at 4pm in the lobby of the building. &nbsp;I hope you can all make it. &nbsp;We’ll get BBQ from Ernies BBQ in Greenville for the meats. &nbsp;We could use some help on identifying where in town
 to get a reasonable amount of good vegetarian food, so if that’s you please come talk with Melisa or me.</div>

<div class="">I’m hoping that some of you can bring deserts. &nbsp;If maybe 25% of you bring a small side dish or desert it should be great! &nbsp;</div>

<div class="">We’ll plan on having the “White Elephant” gift exchange starting at about 5.</div>

<div class="">Here’s how it works</div>
<div class=""><br class="">

<div class="">1) If you want to participate, you must bring a wrapped gift (can be in a gift bag or box - as long as it is not obviously identifiable). The gift should cost $10 if you purchase it new, but this is also your chance to regift something! &nbsp;The funnier
 the better.</div>
<div class=""><br class="">
</div>
<div class="">2) Gifts are placed in a group/pile.&nbsp;</div>
<div class="">3) We draw numbers.</div>
<div class="">4) Numer 1 selects a gift from the pile, unwraps.</div>
<div class="">5) Person 2 can select from the pile, or can steal the gift from person 1.</div>
<div class="">&nbsp; &nbsp; &nbsp;If person 1’s gift is stolen, he/she gets new gift from the pile</div>
<div class="">6) Person 3 can steal from 1 or 2 or take from the pile. &nbsp;</div>
<div class="">7) Anytime your gift is stolen you can either steal from another or get from the pile</div>
<div class="">8) Max steals per item is 3, so the third person to steal an item gets to keep it.</div>
<div class="">9) At the end, Person number 1 has the option to steal from anybody (exchange, or cascade of steals).</div>
