The 2017 Fall meeting of the Texas Section of the American Physical Society (APS), Texas Section of the American Association of Physics Teachers (AAPT), and Zone 13 of the Society of Physics Students will take place at UT-Dallas, October 20-21:

Our department has a long tradition with the Society. Its logo (the one with Texas flag theme) was designed by a PA student, winning a state wide competition and a considerable cash prize. 

The meeting is an opportunity to meet future advisers and future colleagues from all across Texas universities.
