[phas-dept] Now Scheduling Meetings w/ Colloquium Speaker Kat Barger

Hi everybody,

Our colloquium speaker this week is Kat Barger, faculty in physics and astronomy at TCU.  Dr. Barger’s research deals with observations and analysis of large gas winds escaping from galaxies.  Dr. Barger is also very charismatic and would love to talk to any students who might be considering graduate school or PhD work in astrophysics.

If you would like to meet with Dr. Barger, please let me know what times work for you.  All faculty, postdocs, grads, and undergrads are welcome to set up a time.  (SPS, too!)

Dr. Barger will be arriving at 11am tomorrow, so volunteers to join us for lunch and dinner are welcome, too.
