Deadline extended to Monday morning 8am - I’ll set up some kind of voting system early next week.

Hi, All:
We’ve been needing a Dept T-Shirt for some time.  It’s time to get it done.

So:

T-Shirt Design Contest!

Who can submit: Anybody (students, faculty, staff)

Winning entry: $50 prize and 3 T-shirts  (for students)
Deadline: April 15, 2015

You don’t have to have a finished design - a concept is sufficient (sketch it out, let our graphic artists make it good if it is selected).  You can submit more than one idea.

What to submit: A JPG/PNG, etc. of your idea. to me.  Note, too, that T-shirt screening means you can use a maximum of 4 colors, and the fewer the better to keep the cost down.

Judging:  TBD, but I’m thinking we’ll narrow it down to 3-5 entries (ad hoc committee including UG and G representation), then let you all vote.

Note: all entries should include the name of the university and our department name.  If you decide to use a university logo to get that name in there, it has to be the Block logo (can’t use the spirit logo).
