[phas-dept] Holiday Party Dec 6 at our house

[Matt Wood]

Reminder - please let me know if you’ll be coming or not so we don’t prep too little or too much :-)

Hi, All:

My wife Janie and I will host a Physics & Astronomy Department Holiday Party Saturday Dec 6 starting at 6pm. We hope you’ll be able to attend! We’ll have beverages and some nibbles, but if you feel like bringing a dish to share, that would be nice (if only ~25% bring something we should have *plenty*, so don’t worry if you don’t have time/inclination to cook). We’ll have a ‘white elephant’ gift exchange (rules here: http://www.wikihow.com/Organize-a-White-Elephant-Gift-Exchange). This is your chance to regift something hideous/tacky you’ve received in the past. If you purchase something, please spend <$10. Please let me know if you’ll be coming or not, and if you’ll be bringing a “+1”. Map: http://bit.ly/1uJGTcp

Cheers,
Matt
