[phas-dept] How are we doing?

[Matt Wood]

Dear Students:

Can I ask you to please take 2-5 minutes to complete a very short snapshot survey of our department? In essence, we'd like to know what we're doing well, and what we can do better. The results are completely anonymous, and will be emailed just to me. Specifics are better than generalities, but all input is welcome!

Thanks very much for your time,
Matt
