[phas-dept] Department table banner

[Kurtis Williams]

Hi everyone,

After looking for an hour on Friday, I found the department table banner (the one with the A&M-Commerce logo and "Physics Department") hidden behind some equipment in the stock room. I've now put in it the office (wooden cabinet in the back room). Perhaps we should store it there?
