      Good Morning All,

Due to the forecasted weather, we are going to postpone the 20th Anniversary Celebration until Saturday, 2/21/26 from 3-5 pm. I'm moving out of an abundance of caution and to allow time to reschedule catering and other services. We cannot wait until closer to the weekend to make the call without penalty of services.

Most others have been or are in process of notification. Anything that you can do to assist in spreading the word that we are postponing, would be appreciated. I sincerely appreciate all the support for this event, each of you have been fantastic to work through this process.

Please feel free to reply directly to me (instead of reply all-many are cc'd or bcc'd) if you have questions or suggestions.

      Sincerely,

      Dr. Cheri Davis
