[phas-alumni] [phas-dept] SPS Officer Election Ballot

Hello all,

The time has come to elect our new SPS Officers for the upcoming year! *The
ballot will be open to the entire Department for those who wish to
participate (Faculty, Students, etc.).* In the ballot, we have students
running for multiple positions. For each position, please choose the
individual that you wish to vote for or feel is most qualified for the
spot. Since some students are running for multiple positions, you are
allowed to vote for that specific individual multiple times in the ballot.
In the event that a student wins multiple spots, that individual will pick
the position they want to keep. The other positions will go to the next
individual with the most votes. If there was only a single name, then that
spot will be opened up to other individuals running in the election.
**The ballot could be closed as early as end-of-day Friday (11/15) if
enough defining votes are tallied. However, if additional time is needed
due to lack of votes or response, then it could be extended into early next
week.**
