[NN2012] NN2012 information update

[11th International Conference on Nucleus-Nucleus Collisions]

Dear Colleagues,

For your information, attached please find the NN2012 schedule of events. We also wish to call your attention to the following important information regarding NN2012. 
     
(1) The March 16 (extended deadline) for early registration is coming soon, please register as soon as possible if you have not already done so. After March 16, the registration fee will be increased by $100 to $600. 

 

(2) Using all leverage available to us, we were able to re-negotiate with Hyatt Regency in San Antonio. The NN2012 room rate is now reduced to $129/night (plus tax) and it includes complimentary internet. This rate is valid during the meeting and 3 days before and/or after the meeting. It is also retroactive for all NN2012 reservations made before May 7. Please make your reservation as soon as possible before the cut-off date of May 7. Afterwards, reservations will be based on availability at the Hotel's prevailing rate which is currently $209/night (plus $9.95/day for internet and taxes) during the period of NN2012 conference. 

 

(3) If you are an invited speaker and have not sent us the title and/or abstract of your talk yet, please do it as soon as possible as we are trying to finalize the scientific program and put all abstracts online before March 25.
 
(4) If you and your institution would like to host the next meeting of NN series in 2015, please let us know and prepare to make a presentation on Wednesday, May 30 to the NN2012 International Advisory Committee.
