for an A&M System allowed waiver may submit the waiver request and required documents at

2017 WILL <u><span style="background:yellow;mso-highlight:yellow">NOT</span> </u>
NEED TO SUBMIT A WAIVER REQUEST FOR THE FALL 2017. ATTACHED IS AN FAQ THAT ADDRESSES MANY QUESTIONS RELATED TO THE SSHIP.

<p class="MsoNormal"><b><i><span style="font-size:14.0pt;background:yellow;mso-highlight:yellow">The SSHIP premium amount for the summer 2017 semester is $600.00.</span></i></b><span style="font-size:14.0pt"> This charge will be added to student accounts after
a student has registered for courses for spring 2017 and once the university begins applying tuition and fees. Payment will need to be made by the 12<sup>th</sup> day of class or Student Accounts will assess a late fee penalty for students who have not paid
the SSHIP premium. The coverage period for students will be May 17, 2017 to August 31, 2017. <b><i>For more information please review the attached FAQ.</i></b>
