<p class="MsoNormal"><span style="font-size:14.0pt;color:#1F497D">The Office of International Student & Scholar Services (ISSS) would like to remind all F-1 and J-1 students that the Student Exchange Visitor Program (SEVP) requires all F-1 and J-1 international
students that they must enroll in a full course of study each fall and spring semester.

<p class="MsoNormal"><span style="font-size:14.0pt;color:#1F497D">There are <b><i><u>very limited exceptions allowed by SEVP</u></i></b> and
<b><i><u>the ISSS cannot grant any exceptions outside SEVP guidelines</u></i></b>. Attached is a handout that addresses all exceptions as well as examples of enrollment requirements for students for the full course requirement, students in their final semester,
and students with full-time assistantships. <o:p></o:p></span></p>
