Students who sign up for the installment plan will need to contact Student Accounts to request part of their first installment plan payment be applied to the insurance charge. <P class=MsoNormal>If you are eligible for a waiver from the SSHIP (employment based insurance or government scholarship) you will need to request a waiver by Friday, January 17 by following the instructions below:</P>
