pre-arrival questions that international students ask. Please read over

<p class=MsoNormal><b><u><span style='font-size:14.0pt;color:red'>When can I
register for classes?</span></u></b><span style='color:black'>
International students may not register for classes until they have checked-in
with an international advisor <b><u>in person</u></b> at the ISSO in Halladay
104 and attended the mandatory international student orientation. <b><i>Be
sure to plan your arrival in Commerce early enough to ensure you can check-in with
an international advisor and attend the mandatory orientation. </i></b>Please

will be on Monday, January 9 and Tuesday, January 10 from 9am-12pm and
1-am-4pm. Check-in will also be on Wednesday, January 11 from 9am-12pm
ONLY. <b><span style='background:yellow;mso-highlight:yellow'>The
documents/information required at check can be found <a

Please be sure to provide all documents/information as required.</span> </b>One
(1) scholarship will be awarded to one (1) international student who completes
check-in and meets all requirements. Please see below for more

(recommended 8:15am) and <u>attend all sessions of the orientation</u> will
delay your ability to register for classes.</span> </i></b>Students
who fail to attend all sessions of orientation may be required to return to
Commerce the following day before registering for classes.<b><i> </i><u><o:p></o:p></u></b></span></p>

this spring semester <b><i><u>ALL NEW STUDENTS</u></i></b> are <b><i><u>REQUIRED</u></i></b>
to either submit proof of vaccination for bacterial meningitis or submit the
required exemption (waiver) form. Please see the attached vaccination
form for more information. <b><i><span style='background:yellow;
mso-highlight:yellow'>PLEASE NOTE THIS IS A <u>NEW REQUIREMENT</u> BY THE STATE
OF TEXAS FOR <u>ALL NEW STUDENTS</u> TO A&M-COMMERCE <u>REGARDLESS IF YOU
LIVE ON OR OFF-CAMPUS</u>.</span></i></b> All new students will be
contacted by a third-party company, Magnus, regarding the steps to provide
proof of vaccination. For more information please click <a
