and complete the Deferral Request form. Please submit the Deferral form
along with all required documents to the <b><i>graduate office at the email or
fax contact on the Deferral form</i></b>. All financial statements and
affidavits need to reflect a minimum of $17500 USD. <b><u>DO NOT</u></b>
submit your documents to the international office as we do not handle the
