International Student Services office (ISSO) prior to their first semester to
inquire about the specific amount of their tuition and fees. </span></strong><strong><u><span

mso-highlight:yellow'>The exact amount of the tuition and fees for a student
cannot be known until the student has registered for courses and new
international students cannot register for courses until completing check-in
with an international advisor and attending the mandatory orientation</span></u></strong><strong><u><span

The ISSO can only advise students that the <u>estimated</u> cost for

visa to enter the U.S. for your academic program. <b><span

visa and passport to ensure that all the information is correct and that your
GIVEN NAME and SURNAME match exactly on both documents.</span><span
style='color:red'> </span></b>Any differences with any of your
immigration documents- passport, visa, I-20, and the I-94- that is issued when
you enter the U.S. may jeopardize your eligibility for a driver’s license,
Texas state ID card, or social security card if you find eligible
employment. Any incorrect information on your <b><u><span

International students will not be eligible to register for classes until they

late on the day of orientation or arrive later than January 13<sup>th</sup>

insurance prior to my arrival in Commerce or once I arrive in Commerce?</u></b>

PURCHASE MEDICAL/REPATRIATION INSURANCE PRIOR TO THE START OF THE SPRING
SEMESTER.</span></u><span style='color:red'> </span></b>International
students are still required to have medical and repatriation insurance for
every registered semester and all international students will be automatically
enrolled in the A&M System insurance plan with few exceptions. <b><u><span

care of enrolling students in the program and NEW INTERNATIONAL STUDENTS WILL
NO LONGER HAVE TO PURCHASE THEIR INSURANCE WITH A CREDIT/DEBIT CARD ONCE THEY

note: Payment of the estimated $274 semester insurance premium must be
