applying for the ISSO New International Student scholarship</span></u></b><span

will award two (2) students a $1000 competitive scholarship that will be
eligible for in-state tuition to a new international students this fall

12pm Noon on Wednesday, August 25. Applications MUST be submitted in

student orientation is on Thursday, August 26 starting at 8:30am </span></u></b><span

all new international students.</span> We will have sessions in the morning
with a student organization fair, participate in an on-campus tradition with
other students, a tentative free catered lunch (with vegetarian option) with
university faculty/staff, and sessions in the afternoon before students will be
released to their academic departments. <b><u><span style='color:red'>PLEASE
ARRIVE BY 8:15 TO REGISTER AND RECEIVE YOUR PACKET! DO NOT ARRIVE LATE!</span></u></b>

international students will be automatically enrolled in the A&M System

WILL NO LONGER BE REQUIRED TO PURCHASE MEDICAL AND REPATRIATION INSURANCE UPON ARRIVAL

The ISSO will take care of ensuring students are enrolled and the
coverage will begin the first day of class. The semester premium will be
automatically added to your student account with your regular tuition and fees
and the tentative cost will be $274 USD a semester. </span><b><span

by the 20<sup>th</sup> day of class in the fall semester or risk having their
