[NewIntlStudents] EVENT TODAY!! Transitioning & Transforming: Balance Your Well-Being

[New International Students]

Hello students!

TODAY, we have an event from 12:30pm to 1:30pm at the Traditions Room in Rayburn Student Center! Come immerse yourself in a world of self-discover and personal growth! Through a variety of creative activities, such as "Draw Your Feelings" and "Decorate Your Own Rocks," you'll be able to tap into your emotions and unleash your creativity, as you explore the myriad ways in which self-expression can help you achieve a greater sense of balance and well-being.

In addition to the creative activities, you'll also have the opportunity to connect with professional counselors who are trained to help you navigate the many challenges that life can throw your way. Whether you're struggling to form healthy relationships, communicate effectively with others, or adjust to new cultures and environments, our counselors will be there to offer guidance and support as you take the first steps towards a more fulfilling life.

But don't worry, this event isn't all about serious self-reflection. You'll also have plenty of opportunities to connect with like-minded individuals, share your experiences, and make new friends. So why not step out of your comfort zone and join us for this exciting event? You'll leave feeling refreshed, inspired, and empowered to take on whatever challenges come your way.

Remember, "Transitioning & Transforming: Balance Your Well-Being" is open to everyone, regardless of your background or experience. So mark your calendar, grab your favorite notebook, and join us for an afternoon of creative exploration and self-discovery. We can't wait to see you there!
