*       Your I-20 has been issued. Make sure to set-up mailing through our website at www.tamuc.edu/isso<https://outlook.tamuc.edu/owa/redir.aspx?SURL=8KvpkX5wjUTmxhWeorJMFN8AMuHYmKrI6oYIzXh5zbcJjQYdwt3UCGgAdAB0AHAAOgAvAC8AdwB3AHcALgB0AGEAbQB1AGMALgBlAGQAdQAvAGkAcwBzAG8A&URL=http%3a%2f%2fwww.tamuc.edu%2fisso>  and select Mailing Documents. If you have not set-up mailing for your I-20 through our website please do so immediately.  Scanned copies of the I-20 will not be sent and friends/family may not pick up the I-20. For more information about the SEVIS I-901 fee payment process and the visa process please review the attached New International Student Guidebook.  As a reminder, students may not enter the U.S. more than 30 days prior to their I-20 start date.

*       Students who change their major after the I-20 has been issued will need to notify the ISSSO of the change.  If the I-20 has been shipped, we will update the I-20, but the student will need to set up shipping again or the student can wait and request the updated I-20 when he or she arrives on campus.
*       Students admitted to Texas A&M University - Commerce for Summer 2018 semester will need to arrive in Commerce no later than Friday, June 1st, 2018 to complete check-in. Please note that the check-in and welcome session is by appointment only. *       To ensure timely delivery of the I-20, students are strongly encouraged to set-up express mail through FedEx, UPS or DHL. Below are the options you will have to mail the I-20. You may go to www.tamuc.edu/isso<https://outlook.tamuc.edu/owa/redir.aspx?SURL=CrRzqsdkTHDpvwi2uKKvwo1annQMn-FeUufXibF5jVoatAYdwt3UCGgAdAB0AHAAOgAvAC8AdwB3AHcALgB0AGEAbQB1AGMALgBlAGQAdQAvAGkAcwBzAG8A&URL=http%3a%2f%2fwww.tamuc.edu%2fisso>and select Mailing Documents for more information. One you have set up shipping, please allow us up to 5 business days (Monday through Friday) to mail your I-20.

   *    U.S. Postal Service International Priority Mail - Payment is required by student and average delivery time is 1-2 weeks but may take up to 4 weeks for some countries. Please note that packages are often lost or delayed through this option and the ISSSO office is not responsible for any lost or delayed items. Tracking is not available for this option. We do not recommend using this option, but it is at your discretion.

   *    Express mail (UPS, FedEx, DHL) - This is the more expensive but most reliable way to receive your I-20.  Payment is required by the student and delivery time depends upon shipping option.  Express mail is the most reliable option for mailing your I-20.
