[New International Students]

Dear Student:

  *   To ensure timely delivery of the I-20, students are strongly encouraged to set-up express mail through FedEx, UPS or DHL. Below are the options you will have to mail the I-20. You may go to www.tamuc.edu/isso<https://outlook.tamuc.edu/owa/redir.aspx?SURL=CrRzqsdkTHDpvwi2uKKvwo1annQMn-FeUufXibF5jVoatAYdwt3UCGgAdAB0AHAAOgAvAC8AdwB3AHcALgB0AGEAbQB1AGMALgBlAGQAdQAvAGkAcwBzAG8A&URL=http%3a%2f%2fwww.tamuc.edu%2fisso> and select Mailing Documents for more information. One you have set up shipping, please allow us up to 5 business days (Monday through Friday) to mail your I-20
     *   U.S Postal Service International Air Mail - I-20 will be sent at our expense but average delivery time is 2-6 weeks. Please note that packages are often lost or delayed through this option and the ISSS office is not responsible for any lost or delayed items. Tracking is not available for this option. We do not recommend using this option, but it is at your discretion.
     *   U.S. Postal Service International Priority Mail - Payment is required by student and average delivery time is 1-2 weeks but may take up to 4 weeks for some countries. Please note that packages are often lost or delayed through this option and the ISSS office is not responsible for any lost or delayed items. Tracking is not available for this option. We do not recommend using this option, but it is at your discretion.
     *   Express mail (UPS, FedEx, DHL) - This is the more expensive but most reliable way to receive your I-20.  Payment is required by the student and delivery time depends upon shipping option.  Express mail is the most reliable option for mailing your I-20.
