[NewIntlStudents] January 26 is deadline for reporting waiver from System health insurance!

[New International Students]

Today, January 26, is the deadline for students to submit their System Student Health Insurance Plan waiver or notify the ISSS, as stated below:

*        Students who received a waiver for fall 2015 will need to re-submit their waiver again for spring 2016 at Waiver Request<https://tamuc.myahpcare.com/waiver>.

*        Students eligible for a waiver for spring 2016 will need to submit their waiver at Waiver Request<https://tamuc.myahpcare.com/waiver>.

*        Students with a full-time graduate assistantship and GA insurance will need to submit the Assistantship Verification Form<http://www.tamuc.edu/campusLife/campusServices/internationalStudentServices/assistantship_form.aspx>.

*        Students who are not F-1 or J-1 or have not filed for a change of status to F-1 (H visa students, TPS students, transfer out students) will need to email IntlInsurance at tamuc.edu<mailto:IntlInsurance at tamuc.edu>.  Do not send an email or copy any alternate email.

*        If you have already submitted these forms please do not submit again.  We are processing a large number of requests.

Due to the large volume of waiver requests and GA's we have received please allow the ISSS until February 5 to update your account.  We will work closely with the Student Accounts office to resolve any late fees or account issues.
