[NewIntlStudents] Check-in for late arrivals

[New International Students]

The Office of International Student & Scholar Services (ISSS) at A&M-Commerce will be conducting a Check-in and Welcome Session today at 10am for any F-1 or J-1 student who has not checked in yet.  If you have not checked in please be sure to attend this session.

If you have not arrived in the U.S. by today then you will need to defer your admission by seeing the instructions below.  DO NOT send the ISSS any deferral forms or copy our office because we do not process deferral of admission nor do we forward documents.

If you are unable to attend classes at A&M-Commerce this semester then you will need to defer your admission.  For graduates students, complete the Deferral Request form at http://www.tamuc.edu/academics/graduateSchool/documents/deferralRequestForm.pdf and submit this along with an updated bank and sponsor statement the graduate school.  For undergraduate students, you may email Pamela.Wright at tamuc.edu<mailto:Pamela.Wright at tamuc.edu> to defer your admission.  You will also need to include update bank and sponsor statements.  DO NOT email your documents to the ISSS as we do not process deferral requests.
