[NewIntlStudents] International student orientation at chcek-in at A&M-Commerce

[New International Students]

If you haven't already registered be sure to register for the international student orientation for all international students at Texas A&M University-Commerce.  We ask any new student to sign up so we may communicate important information about orientation and so we may provide the academic department with an accurate number of students who may attend. The International Student Services Office at Texas A&M University-Commerce will host two orientations before the beginning of the fall 2014 semester.  Students may attend either orientation on Tuesday, August 12 or Thursday, August 21.  Undergraduate international students will have options for orientation in June and July in conjunction with the required New Student Orientation. The ISSO will also provide a FREE  airport shuttle and a FREE orientation shuttle (August 11 and August 20) from the Dallas/Fort Worth International Airport for new students.  The FREE airport shuttle is only offered on certain days and will depart from the DFW airport daily tentatively at 5pm.  Registration is required at least two business days (business days are Monday through Friday) before the scheduled pickup date.  The FREE orientation shuttle will be offered on Monday, August 11 and Wednesday, August 20 for students attending one of our international student orientations scheduled for August 12 and August 21.  Students will need to arrange temporary housing in Commerce or stay with a friend in Commerce.
