[NewIntlStudents] Register for International Student Orientation

[New International Students]

THIS EMAIL IS NOT FOR STUDENTS STUDYING IN THE ENGLISH LANGUAGE
INSTITUTE (ELI).  

 

New international students studying in an undergraduate or graduate
program for the summer semester will need to register for the new
international student orientation schedule on Thursday, May 30 beginning
at 9am in the McDowell Administration Building BA 221.  English Language
Institute (ELI) students DO NOT need to register or attend this
orientation.   To register for orientation go to
http://www.tamuc.edu/studentLife/campusServices/internationalStudentServ
ices/formsAndOnlineServices.aspx and complete the International
Orientation Registration form.  Attendance to this orientation is
mandatory for all new international students for the summer (except ELI
students).  

 

Document check-in with an international student advisor will be
conducted on the dates and times below at the International Student
Services Office (ISSO) in Halladay 104.  For a list of
documents/information required go to

nts-required-at-check-in.aspx.  Copies will need to be made prior to
attending check-in.  Check-in dates and times are (location is Halladay
104):

*         Wednesday, May 29 from 9am-12pm and 1pm-4pm

*         Thursday, May 30 from 1:30pm-3:30pm

 

Students who have an electronic I-94 record will not to provide a copy
of the I-94 record from www.cbp.gov/I94.  Students who have a paper copy
I-94 will need to provide a copy of the front and the back of the paper
copy I-94.
