[NewIntlStudents] U.S. Consulates closings extended

[New International Students]

The U.S. Department of State has extended the closings for certain U.S.
Consulates and Embassies from Monday, August 5 through Saturday, August
10. The list of consulates and embassies can be found at
http://travel.state.gov/travel/tips/tips_6037.html. Please note that
students applying for a visa may experience delays due to these
closings. Also, students traveling to the U.S. will need to be prepared
for possible delays up to 4 hours or more in processing through port of
entry. Students are strongly encouraged to allow plenty of time in
their travel plans for possible delays.
