[NewIntlStudents] Check-in and new international student orientation

[New International Students]

All new international students to Texas A&M University-Commerce will be
required to check-in with an international student advisor in the
International Student Services Office (ISSO) in Halladay 104 (Building
B17 on campus map below).  The dates and times for check-in are as
follows:

*         Monday, January 7 from 9am-12pm and 1pm-4pm

*         Tuesday, January 8 from 9am-12pm and 1pm-4pm

*         Wednesday, January 9 from 9am-12pm only (do not wait until
last day to check-in because we will end at 12pm noon)

*         TRANSFER STUDENTS are required to provide copies of all
previous I-20's so be sure to request them from your previous school(s)
if you do not have copies

*         STUDENTS WITH F-2 DEPENDENTS are required to provide copies of
the I-20, passport, visa, and I-94 for all dependents

 

New international student orientation is on Thursday, January 10 and
will begin at 8:30am in the Rayburn Student Center 213ABC (Building B33
on campus map below).  Attendance is mandatory.  Many different service
departments and academic departments will be at the orientation and
students will have time to ask questions during the orientation.  There
will also be important sessions to help prepare you for your studies at
A&M-Commerce.
