[NewIntlStudents] Check-in begins Wednesday, August 18

Check-in will begin on Wednesday, August 18 (not August 17) for new
international students.

Students with F-2 dependents will need to provide copies of their I-20
(1st and last page), visa, passport, and I-94 (front and back).
