This email will include instructions for submitting your registration request as well as the Registration Request Forms listed below. Please note the following changes:<o:p></o:p></p><p class=MsoNormal><o:p> </o:p></p><p class=MsoListParagraph style='margin-left:.75in;text-indent:-.25in;mso-list:l0 level1 lfo2'><![if !supportLists]><span style='mso-list:Ignore'>1.<span style='font:7.0pt "Times New Roman"'> </span></span><![endif]>Foundation students (those who do not have a BSW degree from a CSWE accredited program) will still be required to submit a registration request for all Foundation classes. Registration permits are still required for Foundation classes. <b><u>You will use Registration Request Form A</u></b>.<o:p></o:p></p><p class=MsoListParagraph style='margin-left:.75in;text-indent:-.25in;mso-list:l0 level1 lfo2'><![if !supportLists]><span style='mso-list:Ignore'>2.<span style='font:7.0pt "Times New Roman"'> </span></span><![endif]>Concentration students (those who either have a BSW degree from a CSWE accredited program OR those who have completed all 8 Foundation classes) can register for SWK 505 and SWK 506 without registration permits. Those classes no longer require permits to register.<o:p></o:p></p><p class=MsoListParagraph style='margin-left:.75in;text-indent:-.25in;mso-list:l0 level1 lfo2'><![if !supportLists]><span style='mso-list:Ignore'>3.<span style='font:7.0pt "Times New Roman"'> </span></span><![endif]>Returning Concentration students who will be starting the field practicum (SWK 555) Spring 2013 <b><u>ARE NOT</u></b> eligible to register for the online field seminar. Your first semester in concentration field must be in the classroom. <b><u>You will use Registration Request Form B.</u></b><o:p></o:p></p><p class=MsoListParagraph style='margin-left:.75in;text-indent:-.25in;mso-list:l0 level1 lfo2'><![if !supportLists]><span style='mso-list:Ignore'>4.<span style='font:7.0pt "Times New Roman"'> </span></span><![endif]>Returning Concentration students who have already completed, or are in the process of completing, their first semester of concentration field practicum <b><u>will use Registration Request Form C</u></b>.<o:p></o:p></p><p class=MsoNormal><o:p> </o:p></p><p class=MsoNormal>Please review your degree plan carefully to make sure you are only submitting your request for classes in which you are eligible to attend in order to avoid registration delays. Please be aware that any student registered for a class in which they are not eligible to attend will be administratively dropped from the class, i.e., Foundation students registering for SWK 505 or SWK 506, etc. Additionally, if a registration request is submitted requesting permission to register for a class in which you are not eligible to attend, your request will be returned for correction.<o:p></o:p></p><p class=MsoNormal><o:p> </o:p></p><p class=MsoNormal>As always, please don’t worry if you are placed on a waiting list for a specific class. We’ve never turned a student away yet because of a full class.
