Your field application (whether Foundation or Concentration) must be submitted
to Chuck Nash no later than the date below:<o:p></o:p></p>

<p class=MsoNormal> <b><u>Foundation
students</u>:</b> If you are a new fulltime foundation
student or a part-time foundation student in their last semester of foundation
classes, your foundation field application must be submitted to Chuck
Nash no later than October 24, 2008.<o:p></o:p></p>
<p class=MsoNormal><o:p> </o:p></p>
<p class=MsoNormal> <b><u>Concentration
students</u>:</b> If you are a new fulltime concentration student or a
part-time concentration student who is ready to begin field in Spring 2009,
your field application must be submitted to Chuck Nash no later than December
5, 2008.<o:p></o:p></p>

<p class=MsoNormal>Please note – this does not apply to part-time students
(foundation or concentration) who just started the program in Fall 2008.
Also, if you are already in field and are simply moving on to the next
