paperwork is minimal.&nbsp; The average number of referrals is about 3 per
week.&nbsp; I am a LMSW/AP who contracts with various home health care agencies
to provide social work services to the elderly/disabled.&nbsp; I have approximately
20 licensed social workers already working for me in the <st1:place w:st="on">North
